Screen Printing

Screen printing is actually fun and relaxing at the same time.  The hardest part is getting an order from the customer.  After that the next hardest part is not getting paint all over myself! It all starts with an awesome bunch of suppliers, an understanding UPS man and a bit  of time receiving and sorting.  It looks like this when I get a delivery…

The screens must be cured with film and then the design is burned in.  I tape the screen off just to aid in the clean up process later and then I add the ink.  In this case, I  am imprinting a left chest logo with black ink.

The screen is placed onto the printer station where everything has been aligned to print in the correct area of the garment.  Here is the way it appears when in production when I am imprinting…

And this is my view as the printer.  You can see the ink stained into the platen from the back imprint I completed on the shirts first.

After the imprint is completed the shirt goes under a heater to cure the ink.

When all of the apparel is completed (front & back) it is folded, counted and placed in the boxes to get ready for delivery.

The product is counted and the boxes are sealed and labeled.

  An invoice is prepared as well as a receiver.  The boxes are loaded and the delivery is made.  Customers always like receiving their orders early so we try to always deliver early.

Election time has crept up on us very quickly this year and Triple E Promotions has been very busy trying to keep up with election orders.

Many of the typical promotional items are standard election fare such as banners, yard signs, bumper stickers, magnets, flyers, door hangers, buttons, cards, post cards, envelopes, t-shirts, etc.  The list can go on and on but it just continues to show that promotional products are very versatile.  Anytime you want to be seen or heard you turn to a promotional product to deliver your message.

Here are some pictures of just a few products that we were very happy to help out with this election season.

This is Mike Mohan with one of his 3’ x 6’ corrugated plastic signs.  Mike liked the half tone (shadowing around Mohan) in his logo so we set him up with digital printing (instead of screen printing) and they turned out very nice.  To compliment the signs, Mike also ordered magnetic bumper stickers.

Another one of our Crook County contenders for commissioner also retained our services for bumper stickers and contribution envelopes.  Mr. Crawford has been passing out these adhesive removable bumper stickers.  He also has donation envelopes for anyone wishing to make a contribution to his election campaign.

On another front we have Jim Hensley running for Crook County Sherriff.  Mr. Hensley’s committee needed 18” x 24” corrugated plastic signs in two colors with H stands.   He also received 2 vehicle magnets of the same size and imprint as the signs.

We also had a candidate for the Prineville Mayor spot and she chose the one color 14” x 22” poster board signs with the U frames.  You will also see Roppe supporters wearing t-shirts and buttons asking you to vote for Betty Roppe for Mayor.

This is just a sample of the work we have completed for the elections over the last few months.  It has been a great pleasure working with each and every one of the candidates and we want to thank them for their business and wish them all the best on election day!

Vinyl Graphics

Summer is coming and that is the best time to apply vinyl…

Vinyl graphics are a very powerful way to promote your business.  The product comes in a multitude of colors, metallics and even reflectives.

Almost any logo can be cut out in vinyl and applied to a number of different surfaces.  For example, vinyl can be applied to store front windows, vehicle windows and panels, trailers, metal siding, clothing, etc

Awards – Everything from Certificates & Ribbons to Brass and Glass

Triple E Promotions was very fortunate to be chosen to supply the Crook County Fire & Rescue awards for their annual recognition banquet this year.  Awards are a great item to work on because they are always about wonderful achievements and other positive thoughts.

Please take a look at some of the awards we have provided recently.

Here is an example of a nice acrylic award.  The fire department logo is interchangeable with a multitude of choices such as bowling, archery, academics, baseball, etc.

This is an example of a larger acrylic award that has one of the archery insets.

All of the awards after the acrylic are resin.  As you can see, resin allows for many colors and\or paint to be applied to the award.

This is a standard column type of award along with the resin below.  They show that you can give awards for any occasion.  We can put together awards “just because”.

2" x 3" Buttons in Pin Back or Magnetic

Buttons for every occasion!

Here is one of our most recent orders for pin back buttons in the 2" x 3" rectangular size.  This particular button is for a special team who is taking part in a Breast Cancer fund raising effort that will be happening in Texas this March.

We worked with the customer to design the button using a picture they provided.  We did all of the designing of the order on line and over the phone.  It took longer for UPS to get it to her than for us to produce them :-).

Here is another button we designed for a customer right here in Prineville.   Janis, of High Desert Dogs, does mobile nail trimming for dogs.  She travels around Central Oregon and will come right to your home to trim your dog's nails.  She also does massages and special home made doggy treats.

We designed and made her buttons with magnetics backs.  She gives these out to her customers so they can have her number at their finger tips when Rover needs some TLC.

Vehicle Magnets Can Be Fun!

Of course I try to be impartial but I really like vehicle magnets.  This is a set that we supplied to the City of Spray, Oregon and I think they turned out just fabulous!

A really nice lady, by the name of Andrea, worked up the picture and the font for the graphic design and the artwork was complete.  This particular set is 14" x 14" with rounded corners and they look sharp.

To quote the customer... "It was such a pleasure to work with you, and I LOVE the City of Spray Truck Magnets!!! They look awesome! Thanks so much!"  ~Andrea


Magnetics are very versital and we see them in many shapes on vehicles everyday.  One that sticks out in my mind is the yellow ribbon to support our troops here and overseas or the pink ribbon for Breast Cancer Awareness.

The standard mug:  This is an example we love to utilize when promoting our business.  You can fill the mug with candies, instant coffee, cocoa, pens, coupons for your business, a business card, etc. - your imagination is the limit.  Or, you can just give them away as they are because your customers are sure to love something for free.

A mug can be printed on one side or both and they come in so many different colors...
