Screen Printing Fun!

It always amazes me when I burn a screen and it works great - it's a little magic fun!  It all starts with good bulbs, fresh capillary film and patients.  Here is a picture of the artwork sitting on the exposure table.

After the magic happens and the ink is applied the screen looks like this...
I happen to be working with black nylon paint for this occasion and it is a little like tar but it looks great once it is applied like this on some typical sized shopping bags...

Another screen followed by a small lunch size bag...

Here is another fun item - who likes flexible flyers? Not sure what those are?  They are nylon frisbees that are spring loaded and fold up into a tiny circle like those flexible visors for your car.  Notice that I used the same logo?

Call me for your screen printing needs...

How to fold a shirt in under 2 seconds

Denise Baker shared this little video on Facebook this morning.  I thought it was kind of fun so I wanted to pass it along.

Growlers are taking Central Oregon by Storm!

Central Oregon is a brewery mecca and we have filler stations popping up everywhere.  Here is an article from MSN about the latest trend http://money.msn.com/now/post.aspx?post=dda200e8-1e36-4269-93ef-80f7a98f5bca%3FGT1.  The popular growler allows the beer, wine or fermented tea enthusiast to “fill up” and take it anywhere.  It’s warming up and summer is just around the corner… Folks need to keep that special brew cool and now now there is a “koolie” for that growler !

Growler Cover 1CGrowler Cover

Neoprene Growler Covers are now available  through Triple E Promotions.  The minimum purchase quantity is 24 and the prices go as low as $3.90 each if you purchase at least 288.  We have 1 color imprint all the way up to a 4 color full bleed digital imprint that is incredible with the option of 4.5" W x 4.5" H on the Front & Back or 13.5" W x 4.5" H Wrap.

They even come with a strap and a drawstring for that serious growler enthusiast.  The straps are perfect for all of those festivals where you need a better way to carry that favorite brew and keep it cold while you check out all of the vendors and walk through the various offerings.

TripleEPromotions.com is…HERE

Where, oh where, has our website gone?  www.TripleEPromotions.com has been redirected to this blog in order to free up some much needed time for customers.  It “should” be much easier to keep up on the blog than the HUGE product site that we had before.  People keep telling us to “Keep It Simple” and that is just what we are moving to.

I would much rather talk to people in person anyway!  This blog will serve to highlight different products and some sales; it will also be used to update our Facebook page.  If you have any questions please call us at 541.323.1810.

We look forward to seeing you in person!

Screen Printing

Screen printing is actually fun and relaxing at the same time.  The hardest part is getting an order from the customer.  After that the next hardest part is not getting paint all over myself! Surprised smile It all starts with an awesome bunch of suppliers, an understanding UPS man and a bit  of time receiving and sorting.  It looks like this when I get a delivery…IMG_7901

The screens must be cured with film and then the design is burned in.  I tape the screen off just to aid in the clean up process later and then I add the ink.  In this case, I  am imprinting a left chest logo with black ink.IMG_7945

The screen is placed onto the printer station where everything has been aligned to print in the correct area of the garment.  Here is the way it appears when in production when I am imprinting…IMG_7943

And this is my view as the printer.  You can see the ink stained into the platen from the back imprint I completed on the shirts first.IMG_7944

After the imprint is completed the shirt goes under a heater to cure the ink.IMG_7946

When all of the apparel is completed (front & back) it is folded, counted and placed in the boxes to get ready for delivery.IMG_7948

The product is counted and the boxes are sealed and labeled.

An invoice is prepared as well as a receiver.  The boxes are loaded and the delivery is made.  Customers always like receiving their orders early so we try to always deliver early.

We specialize in smaller orders and we deliver.  We would be thrilled to do your next printing job.

And they are off….

Election time has crept up on us very quickly this year and Triple E Promotions has been very busy trying to keep up with election orders.
Many of the typical promotional items are standard election fare such as banners, yard signs, bumper stickers, magnets, flyers, door hangers, buttons, cards, post cards, envelopes, t-shirts, etc.  The list can go on and on but it just continues to show that promotional products are very versatile.  Anytime you want to be seen or heard you turn to a promotional product to deliver your message.
Here are some pictures of just a few products that we were very happy to help out with this election season.
This is Mike Mohan with one of his 3’ x 6’ corrugated plastic signs.  Mike liked the half tone (shadowing around Mohan) in his logo so we set him up with digital printing (instead of screen printing) and they turned out very nice.  To compliment the signs, Mike also ordered magnetic bumper stickers. IMG_5522 Another one of our Crook County contenders for commissioner also retained our services for bumper stickers and contribution envelopes.  Mr. Crawford has been passing out these adhesive removable bumper stickers.  He also has donation envelopes for anyone wishing to make a contribution to his election campaign.
IMG_5876 scan030 On another front we have Jim Hensley running for Crook County Sherriff.  Mr. Hensley’s committee needed 18” x 24” corrugated plastic signs in two colors with H stands.   He also received 2 vehicle magnets of the same size and imprint as the signs.
IMG_6123 IMG_6122 We also had a candidate for the Prineville Mayor spot and she chose the one color 14” x 22” poster board signs with the U frames.  You will also see Roppe supporters wearing t-shirts and buttons asking you to vote for Betty Roppe for Mayor.
IMG_6333 IMG_6126This is just a sample of the work we have completed for the elections over the last few months.  It has been a great pleasure working with each and every one of the candidates and we want to thank them for their business and wish them all the best on election day!
